Notice is hereby given that on 2 November 2007 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dunoon by The Advocate General for Scotland as representing Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, craving the Court inter alia that Argyll Leisure Pool Services Limited, having their Registered Office at Gowanbank, 42 Victoria Parade, Dunoon, Argyll PA23 7HU be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Dunoon by Interlocutor dated 2 November 2007 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, George Street, Dunoon PA23 8BQ, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
