Notice is hereby given that on 4 May 2007 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow by Scottish Water, craving the Court, inter alia, that Crinis Forme Limited, having their registered office at 25 Clarence Drive, Hyndland, Glasgow G12 9QN, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 4 May 2007 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, PO Box 23, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
