BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (SCOTLAND) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 24 April 2007 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Kilmarnock by Business Solutions (Scotland) Limited, 29 MacAdam Place, South Newmoor Industrial Estate, Irvine, Ayrshire KA11 4HP, craving the Court inter alia that Business Solutions (Scotland) Limited, having its registered office at 29 MacAdam Place, South Newmoor Industrial Estate, Irvine, Ayrshire KA11 4HP, be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator appointed; and in the meantime that Blair Carnegie Nimmo, of 191 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LJ, be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Interlocutor dated 24 April 2007 ordained persons having interest to lodge Answers at the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; and appointed the said Blair Carnegie Nimmo to be Provisional Liquidator of the company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
