TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997

DIVERSION OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH (KIRN ROAD/ NORTHCRAIG ROAD, KILMARNOCK) ORDER 2006

East Ayrshire Council hereby give notice that they have made an Order under Section 208 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, authorising the diversion of the greater part of:

The public footpath presently extending from No 18, Kirn Road to the western end of the private footpath running between Nos 82 and 84, Dean Street, Kilmarnock.

Copies of the Order and relevant plan specifying the public footpath to be diverted, may be inspected at the offices of the Planning, Development and Building Standards Division, East Ayrshire Council by any person, free of charge at all reasonable hours during a period of 28 days from Friday, 15th December 2006. Within that period any person may, by written notice to East Ayrshire Council, object to the making of the Order. Objections should state the name and address of the Objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
