NORTEX COATING SYSTEMS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 31 July 2006 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Kirkcudbright by Nortex Coating Systems Limited craving the court inter alia that Nortex Coating Systems Limited having their registered office at 226 King Street, Castle Douglas, Kirkcudbrightshire, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime, Maureen Elizabeth Leslie of Active Corporate Recovery, 201-203 West George Street, Glasgow be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the said company; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 31 July 2006 appointed Maureen Elizabeth Leslie as Provisional Liquidator with the usual powers contained in part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appoints all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
