Notice is hereby given that on 27 June 2006 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Elgin by Silver City Cleaners Marine Limited craving the Court inter alia that the said Cluny Hotel Limited, having their Registered Office at 3 Cluny Square, Buckie AB56 1AH (“the Company”) should be wound up by the Court and to appoint Neil Anthony Armour and Blair Carnegie Nimmo, both Chartered Accountants, KPMG, 37 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1JB or such other persons as the Court may select to be joint Interim Liquidators of the Company; following upon which Petition the Sheriff at Elgin by Interlocutor dated 28 June 2006 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Elgin within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service. All of which Notice is hereby given.
