A Petition was on 25 April 2006 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that APO (Flame Equipment) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1948 and 1967 and having its Registered Office at 605 Main Street, Bellshill ML4 1DX, be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Drummond Young by Interlocutor dated 28 April 2006 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
