The estate of William Reape, 8/5 Granton Medway, Edinburgh EH5 1HL, was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 6 April 2006, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, Ayrshire KA13 6SA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Ian D Mitchell CA, Henderson Loggie, 10 Great Stuart Street, Edinburgh EH3 7TN, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
