Notice is hereby given that on 30 March 2006 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Donald Finlayson, residing at 2294 Great Western Road, Glasgow, Sole Director of Goodbring Limited, craving the Court inter alia that the said Goodbring Limited, 19 Leyden Gardens, Glasgow G20 9TP, be wound up by the Court and that an interim Liquidator be appointed, and that in the meantime Fraser J Gray, Kroll, Alhambra House, 45 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 6HS, be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 31 March 2006 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA, within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die appointed the said Fraser J Gray, Chartered Accountant, to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
