The A87 Trunk Road (Uig, Isle Of Skye) (30mph and 40mph Speed Limit) Variation and Uig Primary School (Part-time 20mph Speed Limit) Order 2006

The Scottish ministers hereby give notice that on 21 March 2006 they made the above Order under section 84(1)(a) and (c) as read with section 124(1)(d) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is as described in Notice 1501/69 in the Edinburgh Gazette (Number 25845) dated 27 May 2005 and in the West Highland Free Press dated 26 May 2005. The Order comes into force on 6 April 2006.

A copy of the Order as made, together with the relevant plan and a copy of the existing Order which is being varied, may be inspected free of charge until 2 May 2006 during normal working hours at the offices of Transport Scotland, Trunk Roads Network Management Directorate, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh EH6 6QQ; and Uig Post Office, Uig, Isle of Skye IV51 9XP.
