Notice is hereby given that on 2 March 2006, a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Rosemell Edinburgh Limited, Thistle Court, 1-2 Thistle Street, Edinburgh (“the Petitioner”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Petitioner be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 2 March 2006 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Ken Pattullo and Scott McGregor, Insolvency Practitioners of Begbies Traynor, 4 Albyn Place, Edinburgh EH2 4NG to be joint provisional liquidators of the Petitioners with the powers specified in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended), of all of which notice is hereby given.
