Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above Company will be held within Cowan & Partners CA, 60 Constitution Street, Leith, on 3 March 2006, at 10.00 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Cowan & Partners, 60 Constitution Street, Leith, Edinburgh, during the two business days preceding the above Meeting.
