Sequestration of the estate of

GRACE M MITCHELL

The estate of Grace M Mitchell, who resides at 77 Main Street, Cardenden, Fife KY5 0NA, was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 8 December 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan C Thomson Esq CA, Messrs Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline KY11 8PB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 26 October 2005.
