A Petition was on 19 October 2005 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue craving the Court inter alia to order that Nicolson Construction Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1985 to 1989 and having its Registered Office at 75 Stanley Street, Glasgow, be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Clarke by Interlocutor dated 21 October 2005 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
