GEMMA NOONEN

The Estate of Gemma Noonen, Flat 2/02, 41 Balcurvie Road, Glasgow G34 9QL, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Glasgow on 3 October 2005, and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo, Begbies Traynor (Scotland) LLP, 4th Floor, 78 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5UB, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers to the Interim Trustee.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the Statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 9 September 2005.
