Sequestration of the estate of

TONY JOSEPH KENNEDY

The estate of Tony Joseph Kennedy, 14 South Road, Kinloss IV36 3XW, formerly residing at 5 Hatton Way, Kinloss, Morayshire, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Elgin on Thursday 8 September 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Operations Branch, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 8 September 2005.
