Arriaga 73, 1 sala 105, 9000-533 Funchal, Madeira, Portugal craving the court inter alia that Importing 4M Limited a company having its registered office at 18 Greenside Lane, Edinburgh and having a place of business at 2 Corstorphine High Street, Edinburgh EH12 7ST be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 26 August 2005 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff at Edinburgh within 8 days after publication, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
