Notice is hereby given that in a petition presented on 7 June 2005, by Acuid Corporation Limited, having its registered office at The Computer House, Dalkeith Palace, Dalkeith EH22 2NA for an order for its winding up, the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 8 June 2005 appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the crave of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court House, Chambers Street, Edinburgh EH1 1LB within 8 days after this advertisement and meantime appointed Blair Carnegie Nimmo of KPMG LLP, Saltire Street, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2EG to be provisional liquidator of Acuid Corporation Limited.
