Notice is hereby given that on 3 June 2005 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Edward Peckham, 77 Barnton Park Avenue, Edinburgh EH4 6HB and Fiona Riddoch, 53 Nile Grove, Edinburgh, the Directors of F7 Technology Limited craving the court inter alia that F7 Technology Limited, 1 Michaelson Square, Kirkton Campus, Livingston EH54 7DP be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Fraser J Gray, 26 West Nile Street, Glasgow be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition Lady Dorrian at the Court of Session by Interlocutor dated 3 June 2005 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers at the Office of Court, Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die appointed the said Fraser J Gray, Chartered Accountant to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the said Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in Sections 167 and 169 and Schedule 4, parts II and III (paragraphs 6 and 7) of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
