A petition was on 20 May 2005 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that John Glover (Tractors) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1948 to 1980 and having its Registered Office at Maybank House, Academy Street, Elgin, Moray IV30 1LP and which has a place of business at Woodside Garage, Calcots Road, Elgin IV30 4BW be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Dawson by Interlocutor dated 25 May 2005 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
