Sequestration of the estate of

The estate of Vivienne Stavert, residing at 9 Ladyshaw Drive, Selkirk TD7 4HT, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Selkirk Sheriff Court on 1 May 2005, and Graham Cameron Tough, CA MABRP, Martin Aitken & Co, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow G41 1HJ, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Graham Cameron Tough, CA MABRP, Martin Aitken & Co, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow G41 1HJ.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 1 May 2005.

Any Creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be informed of the date, time and place of the Statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
