Notice is hereby given that on 8 February 2005 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Airdrie by The Advocate General for Scotland as representing Her Majesty’s Customs & Excise, craving the Court, inter alia that J J Sprinkler Services Ltd, having their Registered Office at 50 Pine Court, Cumbernauld G67 3AY be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Airdrie by Interlocutor dated 8 February 2005 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Graham Street, Airdrie within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
