Notice is hereby given that on 3 February 2005, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy by The Advocate General for Scotland as representing Her Majesty’s Commissioners of Customs and Excise, craving the court, inter alia that Mercator Club Brands Ltd, having their registered office at c/o T D Young & Co, New Law House, Saltire Centre, Glenrothes, Fife KY6 2DA, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy by Interlocutor dated 3 February 2005, appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Whytescauseway, Kirkcaldy, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
