DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 191) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 102) Order 2004, comes into force on 19 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the inland waters contained within the fish rearing raceways and hatchery belonging to Lakeland Unst Limited at the site known as Coutts Mill, situated north of Uyeasound, south of Dam Loch, Unst, Shetland (OS Grid Ref: HP 595 016), are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
