Notice is hereby given that on 8 December 2004, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley by The Advocate General for Scotland as representing Her Majesty’s Commissioners of Customs & Excise, craving the Court, inter alia that Clyde Cakes (Wholesale) Ltd, having their registered office at 64 Well Street, Paisley PA1 2QD, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Paisley by Interlocutor dated 8 December 2004 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, St James Street, Paisley, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
