The estate of Allan McKerracher Boyd, 5B Calside Court, Paisley PA2 6DS was sequestrated by the sheriff at Paisley on Monday 15th November 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Irene Harbottle, W D Robb, Scott House, 12/16 South Frederick Street, Glasgow G1 1HJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 26th October 2004.
