Notice is hereby given that on 1st September 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Lanark by The Advocate General for Scotland as representing Her Majesty’s Commissioners of Customs & Excise, craving the Court, inter alia that Alba Agencies Ltd, having their Registered Office at 13 Hope Street, Lanark ML11 1NL be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Lanark by Interlocutor dated 1st September 2004 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 24 Hope Street, Lanark within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
