Notice is hereby given that in a petition presented on 18th August 2004, by UB Group Limited, 50 Lothian Road, Festival Square, Edinburgh EH3 8BY for an order to wind up Instrumentally Yours Limited having its registered office at The Ca’d’oro, 45 Gordon Street, Glasgow G1 3PE, the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 19th August 2004 appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the crave of the petition should not be granted to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within 8 days after this advertisement and meantime appointed Maureen Elizabeth Leslie of Baker Tilly, Breckenridge House, 274 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow to be provisional liquidator.
