Notice is hereby given that on 23rd August 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde Dumfries & Galloway at Kirkcudbright by Wolseley UK Limited trading as Thomson Brothers Group, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office and a place of business at PO Box 21, Boroughbridge Road, Ripon, North Yorkshire, HG4 1SL craving the Court, inter alia that Trades Team Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having their Registered Office at Greenlaw Business Park, Greenlaw, Castle Douglas, DG7 2LH (Company Registration Number SC215242) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Chartered Accountant and Qualified Insolvency Practitioner, KPMG, 24 Blythswood Square, Glasgow be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said company; in which Petition the Sheriff of South Strathclyde Dumfries and Galloway at Kirkcudbright by Interlocutor dated 23rd August 2004 appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Kirkcudbright Sheriff Court, High Street, Kirkcudbright, DG6 4JW within eight days after such intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die appointed the said Blair Carnegie Nimmo to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company with the powers conferred by Section 167 and 169 and Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
