CAMMERAY INVESTMENTS LIMITED

A petition was on 1st September 2004 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners of Inland Revenue craving the Court inter alia to order that Cammeray Investments Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1985 and having its Registered Office at Centre House, 103-107 Irish Street, Dumfries, Dumfriesshire DG1 2NP be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Johnston by Interlocutor dated 3rd September 2004 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
