Notice is hereby given that on 19th August 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Alloa by The Advocate General for Scotland as representing Her Majesty’s Commissioners of Customs & Excise, craving the Court, inter alia that Top Value Leisure Ltd, having their Registered Office at c/o Watersrule, Solicitors, 1 Coalgate, Alloa FK10 1EH be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Alloa by Interlocutor dated 19th August 2004 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Mar Street, Alloa within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
