Notice is hereby given that on 12th August 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Colin Peter Dempster and Thomas Merchant Burton, Chartered Accountants of Ernst & Young, George House, 50 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1RR, the Joint Receivers of Bond Homes (Scotland) Limited (In Receivership), a Company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC161233) and having its Registered Office at George House, 50 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1RR (“the Company”) craving the Court that the Company be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Ian William Wright, Chartered Accountant, James Miller House, 98 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1PJ, be appointed Interim Liquidator of the Company, in which Petition Sheriff Holligan by Interlocutor dated 13th August 2004 allowed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers at the Sheriff Clerk’s Office, Sheriff Court of Glasgow and Strathkelvin, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, of all of which notice is hereby given.
