Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 4th August 2004 Al Shalman Securities Co. SAOG transferred to The Financial Corporation Co S.A.O.G. all of the interest held by it in Europe LBO III (“the Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number LP SL004277, and that with effect from 4th August 2004 Al Shalman Securities Co. SAOG ceased to be a limited partner and The Financial Corporation Co S.A.O.G. became a limited partner in the Partnership.
