The estate of Tracey Millar, 142 Whyterose Terrace, Methil KY8 3AT was sequestrated by the sheriff at Kirkcaldy on Wednesday 16th June 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.
Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Management Section, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH.
