The estate of Jean Forsyth, formerly residing at 7 Brebner Crescent, Northfield, Aberdeen AB16 7HT and now at 30 Mastrick Drive, Aberdeen trading as Thistle Dry Cleaners, 6 Greenfern Place, Mastrick, Aberdeen was sequestrated by the sheriff at Aberdeen on Monday 19th July 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.
Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Charles Sands Esq CA, CS Corporate Solutions, 11 Allardice Street, Stonehaven AB39 2BS, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 24th June 2004.
