Take notice that on 4th August 2004 Ian Bain and Stephen Tomlinson both of 9 Cochrane Square, Brucefield Industrial Estate, Livingston presented a petition to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Linlithgow for an order to wind up Scalar Technologies Limited (“The Company”) having its Registered Office at 9 Cochrane Square, Brucefield Industrial Estate, Livingston under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986; that warrant for intimation and service was granted by the sheriff on that day directing that any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted should lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Linlithgow within 8 days of the date of intimation service and advertisement, that Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh was appointed provisional liquidator of the Company and that he is authorised to exercise the functions contained in Paragraphs 4 & 5 of part 2 of schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 all of which notice is hereby given.
