Notice of Application for a Submarine
Pipe-line Works Authorisation

Mobil North Sea Limited, a corporation incorporated in the state of Delaware, USA, having a registered branch in England (Branch Number 001327) at ExxonMobil House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead Surrey, KT22 UUX hereby gives notice, on behalf of itself and co-venturers, Amerada Hess Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number 807346) whose registered office is situated at 33 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7HY, Enterprise Oil Limited a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number 1682048) whose registered office is situated at 8 York Road, London, SE1 7NA and OMV (U.K.) Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number 1504603) whose registered office is situated at 14 Ryder Street, London SW1Y 6QB, in accordance with the provisions of Part I of Schedule 2 to the Petroleum Act 1998, that it has made an application to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry for the grant of an authorisation for the construction and use of a system of pipe-lines between existing Buckland Intermediate towhead, Lat 59o29’26.092” Long 1o33’32.082”, and the C Prospect well, Lat 59o29’25.642” Long 1o33’26.506”.

A map (or maps) delineating the route of the proposed pipe-lines and providing certain further information may be inspected free of charge at the places listed in the Schedule to this notice from 10am to 4pm on each weekday from the date that this notice is published until the date mentioned in the next paragraph of this notice.

Pursuant to a direction of the Secretary of State, representations with respect to the application may be made in writing and addressed to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry at the Oil and Gas Office, Atholl House, 86-88 Guild Street, Aberdeen, AB11 6AR (marked FAO Ms Fiona Livingston, Offshore Pipeline Authorisations) not later than 10th September 2004 and should bear the reference “RDBC/001/00215C” and state the grounds upon which the representations are made.
