HUTTS FURNISHINGS LIMITED
Notice is hereby given that on 8th June 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy by Hutts Furnishings Limited craving the court inter alia that Hutt’s Furnishings Limited having its Registered Office at 257-261 High Street, Kirkcaldy be wound up by the court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime John Michael Hall, Chartered Accountant, Haines Watts, Level 5, City House, Overgate Centre, Dundee, DD1 1HQ be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said company in which Petition the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy by Interlocutor dated 8th June 2004 ordained any persons interested if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Whytescauseway, Kirkcaldy within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die appointed the said John Michael Hall, Chartered Accountant to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the said Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
