Notice is hereby given that on 19th March 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Falkirk by A F Automation Limited craving the Court inter alia that the said A F Automation Limited having its Registered Office at 3 Almond Road, Falkirk FK2 9HQ be wound up by the Court and in the meantime Bryce Luke Findlay, Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner, 50 Darnley Street, Pollokshields, Glasgow G41 2NE be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the company in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 19th March 2004 ordained the said A F Automation Limited and any other persons interested if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Main Street, Camelon, Falkirk within eight days of intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die in the meantime appointed the said Bryce Luke Findlay to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986 Section 135 with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the said company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Schedule 4 to the aforesaid Act; all of which notice is hereby given.
