Notice is hereby given that on 7th April 2004 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Gregor R Cameron, 13A Bowling Green Road, North Mount Vernon, Glasgow G32 0SR craving in the Court inter alia that D’Accord Assured Homes Ltd incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 162 Glenpark Street, Glasgow G31 1PG be wound up by the Court; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
