Notice is hereby given that on 5th April 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by John Richard and Company (Software) Limited having their registered office at Dunedin House, Olivebank, Musselburgh, Midlothian EH21 6SW (the “Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 6th April 2004 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff at Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed Thomas Campbell MacLennan, Chartered Accountant of One Royal Terrace, Edinburgh EH7 5AD to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in Part II and Part III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
