HOFMAN OFFSHORE (ABERDEEN) LIMITED

Notice is given that on 11th March 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian Highland and Islands at Aberdeen by Garry Birrell Kidd, 75 Boswell Road, Portlethen, Aberdeen, Neil McGregor Kidd, 33 Forest Park, Stonehaven and Jeanette Helen Balfour, 17 Hillside Place, Peterculter, Aberdeen craving the Court inter alia that Hofman Offshore (Aberdeen) Limited having its Registered Office at Unit 7, Miller Street, Aberdeen be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; In which Petition, the Sheriff at Aberdeen, by Interlocutor dated 11th March 2004, appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court, Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and in the meantime appointed Michael James Meston Reid, Chartered Accountant of 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986 with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the said Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in Part II, Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
