Notice is hereby given that on 9th March 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by the director of Hurricane Restaurants Limited (No. SC225390), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 39 Castle Street, Edinburgh, craving the Court inter alia that the company be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 9th March 2004 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh within eight days after publication, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given .
