Notice is hereby given that on 5th March 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Stirrup Ventures Limited, having its registered office at c/o Sinclair Wood & Co, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3NQ (“the Company”) craving that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and in the meantime that Ian Scott McGregor, CA of Begbies Traynor, 4th Floor, 48 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5UB be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 5th March 2004 appointed persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and appointed the said Ian Scott McGregor to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company’s assets, and in particular the powers in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
