Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd of February 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde Dumfries & Galloway at Hamilton by Orbit Logistics Limited, whose registered office is 117 Cadzow Street, Hamilton, ML3 6JA (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Irene Harbottle, Insolvency Practitioner, Scott House 12-16 South Frederick Street, Glasgow, G1 1JD be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton, by Interlocutor dated 3rd February 2004 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed the said lrene Harbottle to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with all the usual power necessary for the interim preservation of the company’s assets and in particular the powers contained in Schedule 4 Part II Paragraphs 4 & 5 of the Insolvency Act 1986 all of which notice is hereby given.
