Notice is hereby given that on 16th January 2004 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Dittoprint Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with its registered office at 168 Bath Street, Glasgow. G2 4TB (“the Company”) craving the court that the Company be wound up by the court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 21st January 2004 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and in the meantime appointed Maureen Elizabeth Leslie, Chartered Accountant, Messrs Baker Tilly, Breckenridge House, 247 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3EH to be the provisional liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 all of which notice is hereby given.
