Notice is hereby given that on 9th January 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley by J McAllister t/a J M Wholesale of Glencairn Terrace, Kilmaurs, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, KA3 2SL, craving the court inter alia that Special Occasions Cards & Gifts Limited having its registered office at Unit 43, The Piazza Shopping Centre, Paisley, Renfrewshire (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Paisley by Interlocutor dated 12th January 2004 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner of 375 West George Street, Glasgow G2 4LW to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in paragraph 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
