Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act i986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held in Dundas Business Centre, 38/40 New City Road, Glasgow G4 9JT on Tuesday 3rd February 2004 at 12.00 noon for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act.

In accordance with the provisions of the said Act, a list of names and addresses or the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at Messrs James Macintyre & Co, Dundas Business Centre, 38/40 New City Road, Glasgow G4 9JT, during the normal business hours on the two business days prior to the date of this meeting.
