Notice is hereby given that:
| 1. | By a Special Resolution of the shareholders of the above named company dated 23rd December 2003, the payment out of capital of £155,000 for the purpose of the company acquiring 282,771 Ordinary shares of £1 each fully paid in the capital of the company from John Mackay Drever was authorised. |
| 2. | The amount of permissible capital repayment as defined by Sections 170, 171 and 172 of the Companies Act 1985 was £17,873. |
| 3. | The statutory declaration of the directors and the auditors report required by Section 173 of the said Act are available for inspection at the registered office of the company situated at South Tuan, Westray, Orkney KW17 2DD. |
| 4. | Any creditor of the company may at any time within the period of five weeks immediately following 23rd December 2003 (being the date of the above mentioned Special Resolution) apply to the court under Section 176 of the said Act for cancellation of the Resolution. |
