Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named company will be held at Clark Boyle & Co, 33a Gordon Street, Glasgow G1 3PF on 16th January 2004 at 12.00 noon for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act.

In accordance with the provisions of the said Act, a list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at Moore & Co, 40 New City Road, Glasgow G4 9JT during normal business hours on the two business days prior to the date of this meeting.
